SENIOR EVENTS MANAGER
Hayley has over ten years’ experience working with bridal couples and helping to plan and organise the perfect wedding day, her skills also extend to back of house as she spent 13 years as a chef trained to fine dining level. Hayley offers the hands on approach to personalise each wedding. Hayley says "Our job is to exceed expectations and create memories to last a lifetime."
Michaela has been an Events Manager at Rivervale Barn since March 2012. Michaela has great passion and understanding for her job which helps turn each Bride & Groom’s plans and ideas into their dream wedding. Getting married in 2014 herself, Michaela really does have a love for all things wedding!
SHOW ROUND and EVENTS MANAGER
Holly loves her role at Rivervale Barn as she gets to meet with couples at their very first viewing and gets to share in their excitement and work with them to bring their perfect wedding to life. After building a great relationship with the couple, Holly feels that every wedding is like watching two of her friends get married.
Lynsey Spring has been an Events Manager at Rivervale Barn since June 2011. Having been a previous bride at the venue Lynsey understands the importance of each and every step of wedding planning and uses her skills and expertise to help plan the most perfect day for the bride and groom.
BAR AND DINING ROOM MANAGER
George is our Dining room and Bar manager. Customer service and smile focused is everything for George. It’s about forward thinking and embracing our guest’s needs on the day. We strive for perfection and our service is the theatre on the day. The Waiting team look to George for leadership and have a fabulous role model to look up to.
Our Head Chef Michal Banaszek has over 12 year’s experience in Michelin and AA rosette establishments. Combining his culinary talents - learnt and developed across many European countries - with fresh, local seasonal produce, Michal and his team are certain to create and deliver the perfect menu for your day.
Kosta our Russian born Sous Chef brings with him a real passion and determination to our Galloping Gourmet cuisine, Kosta strives for excellence in taste and presentation and is well read on the current food trends and quirks.
Pawel is an Italian and Polish trained chef and brings a young vibrant approach to the team. He has a real passion for canapés and his garnish techniques are always a show stopper. Our chefs team work well together and each brings something different to the table, this bond is a real positive and something we embrace.
