The way that you provided so much as part of the package was particularly notable. When we booked, we thought it certainly useful that your package was so inclusive, but I don't think we truly appreciated how great this would prove to be. Having now been through the whole process I can honestly say that the service was priceless. The way we didn't have to worry about the caterers, the bar, or even that the room would be set up with our table details and favours was a terrific weight off our minds. From the earliest meeting and thorough planning form (which in itself was really useful to get us thinking about the day's details) through to the flexibility with which you could tailor the day to our requirements, we were confident everything was in hand. When it came to the final few weeks, your quick replies to our questions were greatly valued and always reassured us. Special thanks to Olivia for that!
We were not able to make the tasting event we were invited to, but based on your menu we were confident the food would be outstanding. We were not disappointed. Our meals were delicious; the right size, and served both professionally and quickly. We received so many compliments about the food we lost count. We have even received thank you cards from our guests saying how much they enjoyed the meal.
The honeymoon suite was perfect, too. It was so nice to be able to slip away from the party without needing to travel anywhere.
We had a totally brilliant day and couldn't have asked for anything better. Thank you once again."
